„There were cobwebs all over the top of the door. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The floors were dirty. Our feet were black on the bottom when walking around barefoot. One of the showers wasn't working. There was no access key for the amenities, as the description stated (for pool, etc.) You could hear the upstairs people late at night. The location was near the Tempe Marketplace. “

„Let me start by saying that our stay was pleasant and COZY. I think these pictures were taken when this was just remodeled, they do not reflect what the properties actual condition is, which I would describe as nice but slightly run down. In pic it shows vibrant walls, bright bedding and purple couch. That’s not what we got. The unit is very clean, but little things disappoint, such as a toilet seat that is crooked, a shower floor pan that needs cleaning or replaced, among other small things. ...

„The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. “
