Urlaub mit Wasserpark in Bahnhof Nice CP buchen

We like the place, good access to many place around. The facility is quite big, there are many steps and Unfortunately no ramp for luggage transportation. I think is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The Appatment is not clean, no soap, no champo, no service, the soil is very dirty... we are 3 person and we got one double bed and one Folding bed which unfortunately not comfortable and so small. The swimmingpool is very dirty and the visibility underwater is very bad (sand, stones and objects) The staff speaks mainly only italian, is diffucult to communicate in other languages. In general, Equipment, staff and services in need of improvement.

Generally a great hotel with at a stunning location and well designed interior. Although the rooms could be a bit more spacious for the price. What leads to the lower rating is the bad service. There are really great individuals but in sum this is not good enough for the class this hotel aspires. Two main things: 1) the service at the pool is very inexperienced, forgets items and is very slow (for astronomic prices of €20+ spritzes, €12 Iced Coffees...) 2) We forgot some items in the room and immediately contacted the reception. Only after a second follow up they reacted with a simple "nothing was there" which is obviously wrong, they just didnt check. A further follow up has not been answered by the hotel. In summary: nice for instagram, nice to hang out at the pool but the service needs to improve big time and not worth the price.

Positiv: Gutes Frühstücksbuffet (besonders das Baguette), hilfsbereites Personal Weniger positiv: die Zimmerreinigung könnte besser sein (vorallem das Bad)

Das Hotel war wirklich super. Beste Lage, das Personal war so richtig freundlich und zuvorkommend und es war alles sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl und es war alles frisch. Vor allem der Ausblick auf das Meer & die Promenade war ein Highlight. Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel kann ich wärmstens empfehlen! Ich hatte dort einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Team war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sehr sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Ich würde immer wieder kommen.
