Great location with a fantastic view of the bay. Room: Certainly the least Japanese hotel experience in our stay: it is a Hilton, furniture, carpeted floors, … love it or leave it. Small gym with a nice view. Access to the pool is not included; you need to buy Spa access (approx. Yen 3500, quite pricey for a short swim). Very crowded breakfast with lines to wait to be admitted. Nobody at the reception at 6:15 AM for checkout or to help with luggage.

I had booked two rooms in July 2026. Both had moldy smell in them. Even the hallway leading up to the rooms had that smell which hits you instantly the minute you step out of the elevator. The breakfast buffet was okay food wise, nothing special except that they provide plastic cutlery which in my opinion is unacceptable even for a 3 star. Upon check-in the guest is made to do the job of the receptionist, you are forced to scan your passports, mention addresses, personal phone numbers and what not on a terminal and at the same time 3-4 employees are lurking behind the reception twiddling their thumbs!! Avoid this hotel if you can!
