The rooms are clean, boring minimal and are like those in a airport hotel with words on the wall neutral colors. It was not the 5 star experience we expected but it was OK. the restaurant under cooked my fish and i was sick for the entire stay. I did mention that the restaurant should be more careful about their on checkout. We were also turned away at noon the day of check in and we were told we couldn't leave our electric car even though the parking lot was empty. so we had to spend more money parking downtown to go eat lunch and wait to check in at 3 pm. There are very few parking areas and you pay! The only reason we chose the palace was because they said they had parking and a charger for the electric car, we were able to use it once the day before we checked out. Also breakfast was terrible with T for terrible. nothing 5 star about that. Thera are many nice restaurants like avenue's boutique hotel and restaurant where they cater to people with great food and kind attitudes. So if you just want a good location then this will be your place .
