Extremely disappointing experience at Radisson Blu. Throughout the night, neighboring guests were shouting and loudly knocking on doors across the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. When I went to the front desk the next morning to report the issue, the staff was completely unhelpful. Their only explanation was that the hotel had been "fully booked"—with no real apology or effort to address the situation. Being at full capacity is no excuse for ignoring guest complaints after a completely ruined night. I will not be returning.
