Alles war perfekt!! Ich kann das Frühstück aber nicht bewerten, da ich es nicht mitgebucht habe. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Super Lage, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit in allen Fragen.

Average hotel. Okay for one night in Milan. Parking facilities are very limited: You have to be lucky to be able to park your car within the hotel premises. No valet parking. Breakfast features a wide range of choice while quality is average. In the rooms it is noticeable that the hotel is not aging well. Lacks of maintenance, especially in the bathroom. Nice and cool temperature even in summer, but while the a/c can be switched off, the ventilation cannot - which can be uncomfortable at night. Ambiance generally nice and pleasant scents in room and lobby. The lady at check-out was very kind and professional, which cannot be said of the colleagues we met at check-in. All in all: Not terrible, but you might find better options at better locations.

Einfach ein tolles Ressort um zu Entspannen

Really nice hotel, great location. Great staff very committed to the guest. Spa needs to be pre-booked, not very convenient. Shower in the bathtub. I absolutely love the Aqua di Parma personal care products.
