Urlaub mit Haustieren in Yorkshire buchen

Freundlich, zuvorkommend, aufmerksam. Wunderbare Lage am Rande des Peak District National Park.

A great place to stay.

Breakfast is great Did nt recommend the restaurant at night for food my main course was cold and undercooked Never even offered to replace it or offer to take of bill or even some kind of discount And it wasn’t cheap

The staff were very friendly and helpful - absolutely no critique here. However, the hotel was severely understaffed: just one person for the bar, restaurant and check-in – cutting costs, I presume. The food (including breakfast) is below average and of mediocre quality. £16.90 is a ridiculous amount to pay for half-heartedly prepared potatoes with corned beef or a greasy lasagna with far too much cheese. You’d be better off eating elsewhere. The bathroom was clean, and the room was reasonably so too. However, there was a centimetre-thick layer of dust and an old fast-food box under the bed. It’s likely that this area hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. There was water damage on the ceiling and the wallpaper was peeling. In the corridors, the carpet is coming away from the floor. All in all, the hotel is showing its age and is in need of renovation and more staff. The photos online are sugarcoated or show the past. The hotel seems to be targeting travellers passing through, who come once and never return. As you’re sure to find somewhere else for just a few pounds more, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

A great place to stay.
