My stay was marked by a high level of satisfaction with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the excellent condition and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious dishes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would choose the Diamond Hotel again without hesitation.

I stayed at Solaire during New Year’s Eve, and the experience fell short of expectations. The property is a casino resort and seems heavily tailored to casino players, leaving limited options for non-gamblers.
The New Year’s Eve party was exclusively for casino members, and while another show was available, it was sold out. For non-casino guests, there wasn’t much else to do, making the experience underwhelming.
The room had issues as well. The air conditioning was dusty and didn’t cool effectively, which detracted from comfort.
Dining was frustrating. At a restaurant within the casino (not operated by Solaire), service was slow—it took 45 minutes to get our food, and not all meals we ordered were served. We left after paying for what we got.
Adding to the disappointment, we requested two champagne glasses at 9 PM and only received them at 12:40 AM—after the fireworks. For a hotel costing €1500 for three nights, this level of service is unacceptable.
Solaire might work for casino players, but for others, it lacks inclusivity and service quality.
