This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The first morning we had to take cold showers. The whole hotel had no hot water. Towels didn’t even dry us. They don’t have security at night so every night, someone was loud and obnoxious. The worst was our last night. Loud music and screaming until 3:30 am. I got no sleep. The bathrooms were dirty and needed renovated, the pool had chunks taken out of it. Only positive was the front desk lady. She was very nice. Will never stay in that hotel again. I couldn’t wait to leave.

My family of four had a wonderful time at the Pelican Reef Villa. Elsa and the bartenders were wonderful. They helped us to arrange everything from transportation to other reservations. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. We had a 3 bedroom villa that gave us a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. All the people that we met in Belize were wonderful. The Island was a little expensive for routine purchases, but it could be due to the fact that it is an Island; supply and demand. We would be delighted to stay at this resort again. PS and family

Average, dirty hotel room was decent but property is super bland

I had a very pleasant stay in Ambassador Terrace. I will never forget about it. Deborah, the owner of the Bed and Breakfast upgraded me to a very nice room with magnificent sea view. I was taken care of like part of the family. Deborah is a very warm and nice lady. Also, she took care of my 65 birthday. I strongly encourage people to stay at Ambassador Terrace. Cheers
