Frühstück war für den Preis schlecht und die Auswahl war nicht gut. Pool war super und die Aussicht schön.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, zum Teil neue Möbel im Zimmer. Frühstück sehr gut . Nicht gemütlich aber ein super freundlicher Service. Der Pool im Sommer sicher wichtig. Es gibt noch eine kleine Sauna und ein Dampfbad, man kann sich einen privaten Slot buchen. Leider nur 30 Min Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, für 19 Euro am Tag (sehr eng) Die Lage top ! 300 Meter zur Croisset Ein paar Restaurants und ein kleiner Minisupermarkt ums Eck. Preis Leistung haben uns überzeugt, würden es wieder buchen.

Generally a great hotel with at a stunning location and well designed interior. Although the rooms could be a bit more spacious for the price. What leads to the lower rating is the bad service. There are really great individuals but in sum this is not good enough for the class this hotel aspires. Two main things: 1) the service at the pool is very inexperienced, forgets items and is very slow (for astronomic prices of €20+ spritzes, €12 Iced Coffees...) 2) We forgot some items in the room and immediately contacted the reception. Only after a second follow up they reacted with a simple "nothing was there" which is obviously wrong, they just didnt check. A further follow up has not been answered by the hotel. In summary: nice for instagram, nice to hang out at the pool but the service needs to improve big time and not worth the price.

Top location👍 10/10 only one thing to mention: the toilet is not in the bathroom. You need to wash your hands in another room and the toilet room was very small.

We liked the stay. Since we don't speak French, we were all the more pleased that the staff and the people at reception helped us a lot. Unfortunately, the furnishings in our hotel room were a bit dated, but the staff, the daily cleaning, the modern TV and the great breakfast made up for it.

Check in was super friendly and nothing too much trouble. Beach club wonderful

The hotel was immaculately clean and pristine, with all the essentials available. The location is excellent — right in the center, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, with easy access to both tram and bus lines. All the staff at Best western Alba made all the difference. The front desk checked us in early when our flight landed and gave genuine recommendations, not just a map. Steven went out of his way to help us resolve our issues, and we felt right at home. We would book here again in an instant!
