We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing and the houseboat itself was spotless, comfortable and really well equipped. We especially loved the rooftop deck — such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was excellent throughout and everyone we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delivered fresh every morning and could be tailored to exactly what you wanted, which was such a lovely touch. Everything about the stay felt really well thought out, from the amenities on board to the fantastic service. Such a unique way to stay in São Miguel and one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay again!

Stunning views, stylish hotel apartment, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff.

Wonderful accommodation — highly recommended! Located just outside of Ponta Delgada, it offers a quieter atmosphere away from the crowds while being surrounded by locals, which made our stay feel even more authentic. The apartment was very clean, and communication was always quick, friendly, and helpful. There was plenty of space, and the balcony was fantastic, with breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. Parking was always available and very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicole, Aidlia, Nathalia, Rodrigo, Miguel displayed passion i envied. There was nothing too much to ask. The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder. The architecture wows, our views abver the ocean from the bed and thenlittle telescope was sweet. The views, the staff, every single one we encountered. Names I remember are above, but the cleanera with whom we only once smiled with who kept our room tip top, Beautiful property, full of character and charm with an excellent spread for breakfast. The 10mins drive to the airport was smooth. Highly recommended. We would like to return.

Sehr schönes Hotel, tw. kleinere Sanierungsmaßnahmen notwendig

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and paid an average of €500 per night. For a five-star hotel, we honestly expected much more. The hotel felt quite outdated, and the wellness and spa area was not well maintained. We noticed numerous spider webs, insects, and dirt throughout the spa, and it was clear that the property is showing its age and no longer reflects the photos advertised online. To make matters worse, we experienced an invasion of around 20 cockroaches during our stay. This is simply unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Overall, we do not believe the quality of the hotel justifies the price charged. Unfortunately, the value for money was very disappointing.
