We had a nice stay at the GR Solaris hotel. The room with view to the ocean was amazing but we had always water problems in the bathroom. Unfortunately we had 2 problems at the restaurant. First, my younger daughter found a spine in the sausage. The restaurant responsible apologised and tried to make it better with one manager. The same day our second daughter was injured by something sharpen on her chair. A rescuer worker came to see the injury. Unfortunately nobody was checking at her after that day even trying to offer us something special for her. We were supposed to have VIP access but excepted the upgraded room, I did not really experience the vip access. Thanks to the entertainment team, especially coach Yzrael, Abraham, Christ and Leo. The girls at the kids club were always nice to our kids (Monti and Crissel). Special thanks to Pedro at the reception and Adnan and Joel at the lobby entrance. The breakfast was very good and the rest of the food was ok.

Pools könnten etwas sauberer sein und mal ein paar Fliesen erneuert werden. Personal nett, Essen okay und Zimmer auch recht ordentlich.

We stayed here for 8 nights in a Deluxe Swim up room. 1) The room The room was very clean and had everything we needed, unfortunately the AC wasn't working properly. Luckily the staff gave us a fan. Due to that, it's "only" 8/10 for the room. 2) The food The buffet food wasn't that good, but the other restaurants were amazing, especially the orientalic one. 9/10 for the food (excluding buffet) 3) The staff Highlight of the resort! The staff is amazing, always friendly and VERY attentive. We were always treated nice and polite. 10/10 for the staff Shoutout to Yajahira from the butler-service. She made our trip even better and her service was extraordinarily!

We like the stay , food was amazing as well as all staff. We had a pigeon colony living on our balcony so every morning our swim cloth was covered in left overs.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Der Hoteleigene Strandzugang war einfach nur ein Traum, der Beste Anschnitt in Cancun Zona Hotelera!! Zum kleinen Hafen oder auch ins Centro sind es nur ca.15 Gehminuten! Die Lage war daher top. Der Hotel Parkplatz war sehr praktisch. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen - genug liegen mit viel Palmen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen!

Ein gut geführtes Hotel mit einem weitläufigen, sauberen Strand direkt vor der Tür.
