It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff. Usually, I always stayed at Ushuaïa, but this time I chose the Palladium Select. As I said, everything was perfectly fine. However, on the day of my departure, most of Ibiza was flooded. Many roads were closed — but not all. Friends of mine were staying in a rather inexpensive hotel in Ibiza Town, and that hotel faced the same problems. Still, their guests were taken to the airport. Especially in a 5-star resort, I expect solutions even in difficult situations — not a simple “it’s not possible.” “We can’t do that,” “we don’t have that,” “it’s not possible,” etc., are things I don’t expect to hear in any 5-star resort, no matter where I am in the world. The fact that it was possible is proven by the fact that I eventually walked myself along a small road leading to DC10 and continued from there to the airport. On the main road to the airport, traffic was chaotic, yes, but the road wasn’t closed — just like many others weren’t either. In this situation, the hotel should have come up with solutions instead of refusals.

Das Hotel liegt neben dem Strand und trotz der vielen Clubs drumherum kann man entspannen. Natürlich muss man, wenn man auf der Party Insel Urlaub macht, mit Musik und Lärm rechnen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichlich, sehr vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl.
