Günstiger Urlaub in Aletsch Arena buchen

Solides Hotel mit guter Ausstattung Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fussläufig erreichbar, dennoch recht recht ruhig in der Nacht.

Beautiful, quiet setting. Wonderful staff that helped answer our questions. Parking was included which was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we chose to have available delivery for breakfast . All was to the highest standards. The bed was comfortable and our room had black and blinds making it easy to get a great night's rest. Great views too. There are several markets within walking distance. Not to mention a nice trail to walk. We will return.

The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use them. If you’re coming mainly for the spa, I’d think twice: with only 24 rooms and just 8 loungers around the pool, the spa area felt crowded and the loungers were constantly occupied. Even basic amenities, such as warm tea, weren’t replenished regularly. Breakfast is fully à la carte, which is a nice concept, and we loved the little cake left in our room on arrival. However, the pastries at breakfast felt pre-made, and there was very little in terms of cakes or biscuits. The restaurant is good, but definitely book in advance. Our room was also disappointing in terms of the view, we mainly looked directly onto the building in front of us. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and certainly deserves its 5-star status, but for the price, we expected a much more refined and personalised experience. In short: overpriced for what you get and, in our opinion, not worth the hype.

Wow. Incredible hospitality. Matthias the owner and host goes more than the extra mile to make our stay simply perfect. He gave us local insider tips for things to do, like the best scenic spot for an adventurous plunge with pristine waters. The outside fitness gym with free weights was perfect. Falling asleep to the sound of a flowing stream outside the tenet was magical. Waking up to the sounds of local birds trilling is the best start to the day. We loved it so much, we extended our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you Matthias. We are so grateful.
