The staff was incredibly friendly, first impressions were extremely good, but it went downhill from there. Although the resort cannot change the poor weather, they can ensure that there's enough to do during it- especially as this is an all-inclusive. As all the activities were outdoors, days of rain meant that all guests sat inside and had to keep themselves occupied- hardly what I would expect from this level of resort. They also tied the doors shut/locked them due to the wind, with the exception of the front door and one single side entrance. I would not want to be stuck during a fire. The food in the speciality restaurants was overall very good, although the main-course portions were way too small and especially the Mexican-Japanese fashion restaurant needs to have tables added, or at least several smaller tables as there was always a long waiting list. My room was leaking water due to the rain and it took 45 minutes to have someone respond with towels, even as my room was flooding and my things getting wet. There were constantly furniture and beds being moved throughout the corridors and construction going on. Even with all of the above problems, I suspect many were due to teething as the resort is newly reopened. I would be interested to see how the resort performs in 6-12 months, although I don't know that I would jump to stay here again without knowing that some of these major issues had been fixed.

I would deduct 1 Star for the food, but the overall experience was great so I won't. The Room was perfect, the service outstanding. The Hotel in really good condition. The beach fantastic. We were worried at first, because most positive reviews came from americans, but this hotel can absolutely live up to european standards. The food is difficult. The decision from the hotel not to have a buffet is terrible. The Dinner Restaurants all served really not tasty food. The food experience from all dinner restaurants was bad, so we tried to use the afternoon kitchens which were great and the Room Service, which delivered fantastic food. The Tex Mex Buffet on Thursdays and the breakfast was really good as well. So as I said, usually this could make a bad experience, if you are not flexible, but the hotel was fantastic. The hotel wasn't fully booked oput, so we never had a problem getting a sunbed at the beach, but I can understand, that people are mad, that two thirds of all potential beach space is taken by cabanas that the hotel sells for $85 a day on top. This is a crazy rip off. Agin, we were not affected by this, so no star deduction. In high season this would probably something that we were furious about as well.

Ein wunderbar familienfreundliches Umfeld, saubere und gut erhaltene Anlage. Alles super zu Fuß machbar, keine langen Wege. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade für eine Suite mit Meerblick. Es wurde unglaublich gut gesäubert, sogar die Teppiche wurden zum Säubern abgeholt und wieder gebracht. Dir Betten sind ein Traum. Die Zimmer riesig, für uns als 5köpfige Familie gab es mehr als genug Platz. Wer sich um nichts kümmern mag nimmt All Inklusive aber wenn nicht gibt es eine Küche und einen Supermarkt. Der Strand ist ok und im Meer sind Steine aber das ist eben die Natur! Die meisten Kellner und Angestellten sind super freundlich, Ausnahmen gibt es. Alle haben die Hygiene Vorschriften eingehalten bis auf den ein oder anderen Amerikaner ;) Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!!!
