Beautiful Property, Great Service, But Not Quite 5-Star We recently stayed at Secrets Puerto Vallarta and overall had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The property is beautiful, clean, and the staff is incredibly hospitable and attentive. The lobby has gorgeous views, and the grounds are very well maintained. That said, I’m not sure I would consider this a true 5-star experience. After checking in, we were handed off to “VIP Handlers,” who are essentially sales representatives trying to get guests into a two-hour presentation for their “vacation club,” which felt like a glorified timeshare. We had just traveled, were tired, and clearly said we wanted to get to our room. Despite that, we experienced a very persistent, high-pressure sales pitch and had to say NO several times before we could leave. It was not the welcome we were hoping for. Our room was nice, clean, comfortable, and a little dated. Honestly, cleanliness matters more to me than having the newest furnishings, so that wasn't a major issue. The biggest disappointment was the food. The resort promotes its dining as top-notch, but that wasn't our experience. We’d give the food a C+ overall. Despite those shortcomings, we had an amazing time relaxing, enjoying the pools, having drinks, and taking in the beautiful surroundings. We would absolutely recommend Puerto Vallarta, but based on our experience, Secrets has some room for improvement before I’d consider it a 5-star property.

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches nur Fenster zu einen Flur hatte. Diese ließen sich nicht öffnen und in diesem Zimmer hat es sehr muffig gerochen. Gegen Mehrpreis $360,00 bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Generell ist das Hotel eine schöne Anlage aber auch schon sehr abgewohnt. Es gibt keine USB Ladeeinrichtungen die eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Das Essen ind den beiden Lokalen ist nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes (normaler All in Standard) Die Poolanlage und die Poolbar sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist meistens freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Damen am Empfang der Lokale könnten etwas freundlicher sein.

sehr freundliches Personal, super Service, sehr ruhige Lage, große helle Unterkunft, wunderschöne Anlage, aureichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme an Pool und Strand - Essenskarte relativ klein. Nach 1 Woche etwas eintönig.
