⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay – we’ll definitely be back! We loved returning to El Dorado Seaside Palms, where we also stayed for our honeymoon in 2015. Our large beachfront room was spacious, beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed, open bathroom, and separate shower and toilet. Everything was spotless and cleaned daily. A lovely extra touch: minibar drinks were refilled daily, with chips/snacks included. The resort is perfectly maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Drinks at all bars were excellent, and the food always fresh and delicious. A special shout-out to Martha, our beach attendant—she made our days on the Bali beds absolutely perfect. We spent every day relaxing on the beach, enjoying the drink service and never had trouble finding a Bali bed, even in December. The towel exchange system right on the beach is very convenient. The only thing we slightly missed—compared to our honeymoon—was beach breakfast. The new vegan restaurant there is delicious and offers great drinks, but a small breakfast service in the morning would be amazing. Overall, a fantastic, relaxing, high-quality resort. Returning after so many years was emotional, and we can’t wait to come back again! 🌴🍹✨

Das Hotel ist die 500.-/Nacht absolut NICHT wert. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen und strotzt vor Mängeln. Wir wussten wegen undichten Dach das Zimmer zweimal wechseln. Das Zimmerpersonal war sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption jedoch genau das Gegenteil. Sie sind nicht offen für Kritik und kommen einem auch nicht entgegen. Immer wieder die Koffer zu packen und dann für Stunden nicht in eine anderes Zimmer zu können, ist einfach total daneben. Bucht ja nicht eine Penthouse Suite.

The room we booked was what we saw based on be picture, great views. I would say, it’s not necessarily freely connected to the beach. You’d have to go somewhere else to actually go to a beach. Food was not the best, honestly I think I only was content with breakfast for our entire stay. We stayed 3 nights, 4 days— Wed-Sat. The one night we ate at the restaurant on-sight called ‘Oceanana’, it was the only night I enjoyed food at any of the restaurants. I truly give the resort a 3.5, but the food? A hard 1. I think I may have felt queasy one night, from trying the food at El Patio. It’s a smaller resort, but they still incorporate things to do throughout the day. The huge plus is the Marina that’s right within walking distance of the resort. There is a Dolphin & Manatee enclosure available for public interaction, next time I might book to swim with the sea life. Many shops, bars, restaurants, tennis, racketball courts within the Marina. A very active community, so it’s more low maintenance. We book to be guests of the Preffered Club, which gives us access to certain food options and a “private pool/jacuzzi” area. That was nice to have, lots of children were taking over the main pool—so be mindful if you have no children with you. Overall, I made the best of my time. Room was clean, staff were nice, and the drinks were alright. I do wish the food was better, it was not good at all.

Die Consierge Yessica, Ana, Geovanni und Mexia waren superfreundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besser geht nicht. Beim Frühstück hat uns Jose Cocom immer superschnell und sehr freundlich bedient. Er war immer am „herumwirbeln“ damit es allen Gästen gut geht. Sie alle haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr versüßt. Das Zimmer, der Pool und das gesamte Hotel waren immer sauber und es hat uns gefallen so viele Tiere auf der Anlage zu sehen. Der einzige „Mangel“ waren die blauen Liegen am Strand. Die sind einfach durch und sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen! Und hat es an nichts gefehlt!
