Das Hotel ist teilweise renoviert. Im Haupthaus sind die Zimmer schln und modern. Im Nebenhaus ist alles noch im 80er Stil. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Super schöner Balkon mit Meerblick und Service Top.

Nice hotel, freshly renovated and exquisitely furnished rooms. Very friendly and kind staff. Delicious food for dinner. Could be a bit more refined at breakfast for a 5* superior hotel (whilst generally everything was there). The cheese was always looking a bit “sad” and two very very very tine vegan pastes only. Rather meat heavy. Pool was a bit cold to be honest especially if you get home from a long walk through the rough winter weather). Small but nice spa, two saunas, one steam bath. I did not figure out if the steam bath was not working or if it was just not turned on. Also the big and amazing looking open fire place was unfortunately not turned on. This would have elevated the coziness a lot. Location wise a bit off the spots and the beach (but you might know this if you book it, I hadn’t really checked it). Definitely sweet to get some tiny sweets on your room every day, as well as water and a bottle of red wine. However, and fully appreciating the gesture and the taste of the wine might be amazing, not so sure if a bottle for <5 EUR does generally meet the expectations of the guests of such an accommodation. 😎 Overall of course a nice hotel. Definitely worth a recommendation for people looking for a freshly renovated spot on Sylt and nice food for the evening.

Sehr freundliches Personal

Its not a 5* hotel. The hotel is nice, but not premium. Plus points: location near beach, gym, sauna, clean. Feedback to consider: far too expensive. Breakfast quite basic. There is nothing special offered. I asked for fresh milk - they didnt have any, only H-milk. Coffee was not good. Eggs were only availble hard-boiled. The ladys at breakfast really nice. Burger at dinner good. Horrible experience twice at reception. Upon check-in I was asked to pay reservation in full in advance, because they didnt trust me. I paid via Expedia, so reservation was already covered. Then same at checkout - we had an outstanding amount of about 50 EUR. I wanted to pay via AMEX - not possible. Unacceptable in a 5* hotel. So I asked to pay via direct bank transfer. Again the lady (same woman) didnt trust me and said I should find another way. So I phoned my husband, but he had already gone out to golf and would be back in 1 hour. I told her I would be back in 1 hour to pay. She didnt accept and asked me after all to do the bank transfer. The whole experience was horrible, once transfer was done, she did not even say once "thank you and sorry for the inconvenience, I hope you had a nice stay, please come again, have a safe trip back home". She left us leaving this trip with a horrible impression. Like I said, not 5* service and quality, which should be premium. In the end it’s all about how you are being treated that leaves an impression.

Ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt dank eines großartigen Teams Von der ersten Begrüßung bis zum Abschied war unser Aufenthalt geprägt von einem bemerkenswert empathischen und zugleich angenehm unaufdringlichen Service. Das gesamte Personal – vom Concierge über das Housekeeping bis hin zum Barchef – hat mit einer Professionalität überzeugt, die nicht distanziert wirkt, sondern durch Herzlichkeit und echte Aufmerksamkeit besticht. Man spürt sofort: Hier arbeiten Menschen mit Leidenschaft und einem feinen Gespür für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste. Jeder Kontakt war von einer natürlichen Freundlichkeit geprägt – nie aufgesetzt, immer echt und liebevoll in der Art. Besonders beeindruckend war, wie individuell auf uns eingegangen wurde, ohne je aufdringlich zu wirken. Diese Balance zwischen Diskretion und echter Fürsorge ist selten und macht den Aufenthalt besonders wertvoll. Ein großes Kompliment an das gesamte Team – Ihr macht diesen Ort zu einem echten Wohlfühlort. Wir kommen mit Freude wieder!

Super Lage für Party aber auch mal einen ruhigen Abend am Hafen. Auf den Parkplatz stand das Auto sicher. Man braucht sich um nichts Sorgen machen.
