Exzellent hospitality. Clean spaciousrooms. Nice view. Quiet and close to the city. comfortable bedankte. Everything there you can wish for. All excellent for a long or short stay, thanks!

Super in Reykjavik gelegen. Supermärkte, Restaurants, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zentrum in 12-15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Zimmer gut eingerichtet, geräumig. Bad zwar sehr sauber, wirkt aber etwas alt. Duschwanne mit hohem, schwierigem Einstieg. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Licht im Zimmer und im Bad leider etwas funzelig. Lobby im Eingangsbereich. Viele Menschen versperren beim check-in und -out den Durchgang. Ist etwas nervig. Restaurant und Bar sehr gut und sehr gemütlich. Angenehme Lobby. Das Personal ist durchgehend super freundlich. Nur die Leute im Empfang wirken ständig zu gestresst. Einen Spa gibt es auch. Wir heben ihn aber nicht geutzt. Das Frühstück ist sehr schmackhaft. Große und gute Auswahl. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Everything seemed to be in order for a typical stay. You're not really within walking distance of the main shopping districts and the view out the window was right over a traffic circle so you're getting noise all night. The place was clean and I liked that they had setup a full dining room table setup with plates. That was a nice touch. Checkout was at 10:00AM, not 11:00AM. Wasn't too much of a bother as we were planning to exit at 10:15AM anyway, but I thought we had that extra hour. Directions to the unit were confusing. They went to great lengths to provide a very detailed writeup of how to get into the unit with the door passcode. However, we did get confused, and used the pass code to get into the unit only to find out that they were using the same passcode for two different buildings. So we thought we were in the right building, opened the door to our unit, and there's some family sitting there looking at us. So then I called and they picked up and guided us to the correct building. Lastly, they say parking is always available. I'm not sure what they mean by that as it's not always available. I had to park quite a distance away.

Very nice and new hotel. Spacey rooms. Very nice staff at breakfast. Breakfast itself a bit monotone (every day the same food), would also be great if they would offer freshly prepared meals (e.g. eggs) and barista coffee and some variety (e.g. different types of cheese). At the time of our stay, property lacked the social life you would expect in the lobby of a luxury hotel (different e.g. in the Edison hotel around the corner - maybe because it is a bit larger and has a restaurant on site). Spa is also very nice (hot tub and sauna).

Most staff extremely friendly. Unfortunately limited restaurant options as one is close Monday and Tuesday and the other one had external event on Wednesday.

It was a great stay at the Towers Suits. An amazing breakfast was served to the room every morning. The view of the room was partially toward the ocean. The location requires some walking to the main street but I liked that. The staff is very helpful and polite.
