All-inclusive-Urlaub in Italienische Seen buchen

Große Anlage, sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Poolanlage sauber mit Mülltrennung. Leider fehlen im Bereich des Kinderbeckens Umkleidekabinen. Auch eine Toilette wäre gut, da die Wege doch weit sind. Tiefgarage mit großen Parkplätzen. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Es gab mehrere Punkte, die uns negativ aufgefallen sind: 1. Hotelzustand und Verpflegung Das Hotel Leonardo da Vinci in Limone entspricht unserer Meinung nach keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne-Standard. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Spielplätze für Kinder liegen weit oben auf dem Gelände und befinden sich zudem in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Zimmer und insbesondere die Matratzen waren nicht sauber. Das Essen war mittelmäßig und nahezu jeden Tag gleich. 2. Lärmbelästigung und unprofessionelles Verhalten Am zweiten Abend feierten unsere Zimmernachbarn bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut. Da die Zimmer äußerst hellhörig sind, konnten wir kaum schlafen. Besonders unprofessionell fanden wir, dass sich ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels offenbar mit unseren Zimmernachbarinnen vergnügte. Wir waren mit unserem einjährigen Sohn vor Ort und konnten deshalb die ganze Nacht nicht zur Ruhe kommen. 3. Restaurantpersonal Ein Teil des Restaurantpersonals wirkte sehr demotiviert. Man hatte deutlich den Eindruck, dass einige Mitarbeiter keine große Lust auf ihre Arbeit hatten 4. Kinderanimation Die Animation für Kinder war leider sehr schwach und enttäuschend. Wir haben diese Punkte am letzten Tag an der Rezeption angesprochen. Leider wurden unsere Beschwerden nicht ernst genommen; stattdessen hatten wir das Gefühl, belächelt zu werden. Limone und der Gardasee sind für Familien sehr empfehlenswert – das Hotel Leonardo da Vinci jedoch leider nicht.

The positives: - the staff at check-in was great. they helped us arrange transportation for that night and gave recommendations for the area we were going to. - the rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view of the lake - the included amenities were amazing And, the negatives: - we originally booked a king room but was assigned 2 queen. normally fine but we had told reservations in advance that we were traveling with a small child and needed a king. Instead we all had to squeeze into the queen to be sure he wouldn’t fall - the fire alarm went off multiple times during our stay including once at 7am and 3 times in one day, creating a stressful experience especially with a small child - the location. it’s right on the lake and closely between tremezzo and menaggio. on paper, this would be great but the hotel is along busy roads, Ubers are non-existent, taxis very limited. - the concierge is unreliable unless you’re right in front of them. every time we booked transportation over the phone, we were never confident that a ride was really secured. one night we got stuck in a downpour, waiting anxiously for our car and was trying to find a taxi, when the hotel car came unexpectedly. before checkout, we booked a car to the train with guest experience. it wasn’t booked and we had to spend 290euro last minute to just barely make the train. if you are staying on property all the time, it’s a nice hotel with great amenities. otherwise, it doesn’t live up to a luxury experience
