All-inclusive-Urlaub in Masurische Seenplatte buchen

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Die Auswahl beim Essen war sehr groß, das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut. Um das Hotel herum kann man nicht viel machen, der Ort ist nicht ausgebaut, in der Umgebung sind viele verlassene Häuser und Einrichtungen.

The apartment is spacious and the area around the builidng is great. However, the interior of the apartment is nothing like the pictures, there are almost no ammenities and the reception desk is NOT open 24/7 as advertised...

Hotel is optimally located for visiting the ancient town, whether by foot or by bike (Veturilo rental station is 20m away, renting a bike is easy, account needed). Breakfast at the hotel has been excellent - served in a very stylish brick-walled room in the cellar. Eggs etc. were freshly prepared upon demand (small translation issues with the staff could be solved easily). Air condition in the room was centrally steered via the front desk at least during our stay mid of May. Don' t hesitate to address too high or too low temperatures, all has been addressed. The room was not large, but absolutely fine. Totally quiet although with windows to Nowy Swiad. Storage of our luggage on the day of departure was managed properly. The bus from the airport stops 70m from the hotel (definitely not worth of taking a taxi instead). On the weekends the street Nowy Swiad turns into a pedestrian zone and the bus takes a different route, but can also be reached easily. Nowy Swiad offers a broad variety of restaurants and bars. Our first trip to Warswaw since 1992 was a perfect experience.

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Mamaison Hotel. The design and atmosphere were both elegant and welcoming, making it a truly delightful place to relax. Every staff member we encountered was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional, enhancing our experience even further. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring downtown, with the charming Old Town, beautiful churches, and plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. While the rooms are starting to show very slight signs of wear, such as a few small stains on the carpet and chairs in rooms 114 and 110, these were minor and did not detract from our overall experience. The shower could use a touch more care with limescale removal, but the amenities provided were excellent and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. We are deeply grateful for such a lovely stay and left feeling refreshed and happy. Highly recommended!”

Super nette Mitarbeiterinnen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Studioappartments wurden erst letzte Woche eröffnet, deswegen ist hier alles neu und glänzt. Leider gab es seitens Expedia einen Buchungsfehler, sodass der Check-In sich verzögerte. Insofern ist für mich klar, dass ich so schnell nicht mehr über Expedia buchen werde. Die Unterkunft werde ich aber sicherlich wieder buchen bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Polen. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen mit denen ich zu tun hatte sprechen Englisch und das sehr gut.

Sehr schönes & großes Zimmer mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Frühstück riesige Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität. Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
