Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit des Personals, der Service sowie die Lage des Hotels. Man hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf das Wasser. Das entschädigt auch dafür, dass manche Zimmer keinen Balkon haben. Man findet immer einen ruhigen Platz an der Sonne, da sich trotz der Größe alles verläuft. Es gibt mehrere Pools, welche sehr gepflegt sind und man bekommt immer einen Platz auf der Liege. Zu bemängeln ist lediglich, dass die Zimmer nicht standardmäßig mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet sind und das WLAN sowohl im Zimmer als in der gesamten Anlage zu wünschen übrig lässt. Aber das hindert uns nicht daran schnellstmöglich wiederzukommen. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

FOOD: Most of our food arrived cold or lukewarm, even when sitting under warmers. Room service pizza was the worst rubbery pizza we’ve ever had—and, of course, cold. Italian food lacked flavor, and poolside and beach orders were usually cold. The Asian restaurant and steakhouse were the only places where food was consistently closer to hot, although even the skillet rolls weren’t hot. Our burgers were only served hot once. We were extremely disappointed, especially since positive food reviews were a major reason we booked this resort. SERVICE: Service was painfully slow. We learned to order before we were hungry just to eat at a reasonable time. Room service took over 1.5 hours. We were told the resort was only at 30% capacity, making us question how bad service must be during high season. BEACH CABANAS: The cabanas were nowhere near the beach as advertised. As beach lovers, this was a major disappointment. After repeatedly discussing the issue with management, we were told government regulations prevented the cabanas from being placed closer to the water, despite the neighboring Hilton having theirs on the beach. When I requested to see these guidelines, the cabanas were moved to the beach the following day. So we enjoyed the beach for only two of our seven days. ROOMS: The thermostat only went down to 71–72°F, leaving our sheets and bedding constantly damp. We requested a dehumidifier throughout our stay but were repeatedly told they were all taken. We will not return.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days to celebrate out 20th Anniversary. We loved the resort and the amenities. Staff was very attentive to our needs. The restaurants are very excellent.
