Having some experience before I read the comments about lack of cleanliness and thought, it can't be that bad. It could. So dirty and worst was bathroom. After complaining a cleaner came with only one cloth and wiped a bit here and there. No cleaning liquid. Hopefully she didn't start with the toilet. They didn't know what clean meant so I bought liquid myself and cleaned up. At the information desk they couldn't answer the simplest questions like "when does the pool close?" - I don't know maybe six or so. "Is the WiFi?" -don't know depends... It did work now and the but max 1Mbps. Pool and food was ok but food repetitive and works a few days but then boring. Worn and many things broken or broke if you used it like phone or pole to dry towels on. Shower flooded when you used it but water sank down after 10-20min... Floor sandy. Never seen anything like it actually. I guess 2 starts would appropriate but cleaning zero.

If you already have a positiv 5-stars-hotel-experience, you should avoid this place! This is not a hotel, this is a touristic factory. Here a short overview of our (short) 3-days-stay in the Sol-Hotels: - The hotel is placed far away from the UNESCO city of Nessebar - You need car or taxi, if you would like to visit some other places - We came by car. The first we were told by the guard (!) was, that we must pay for the parking. No welcome and no help for the luggage! - The reception was not occupied and we needed to wait - The expected 45m2-big-stay with 2 bedrooms was actually two connected normal rooms - The key-cards failed - The carpets were not clean (hairs everywhere, but not ours!) - The bathrooms were not cleaned, only the towels were changed. Taking a shower flooded the bathroom. Then they turned off the warm water in one of the two bathrooms, so we could use only one of them - The room safe was blocked and we could not use it - The food in the restaurant was poooooooor and horrrrrible. There was also no service! Only buffet with poor cooked meals. All drinks - wine included - came from drink machines. During the meals the cleaning ladies cleaned the floor - just terrible! etc. etc. etc. We strongly recommend you to avoid this place, if you have some expectations!!!

we went for a party with a friend, and between chilling and party was the perfect combination. staff is very friendly and is situated in a good location. is not right at the beach yet not so far, and if you feel like going to Varner city, a bus not far from there takes you for 3 lev.
