Las camas están muy blandas nada cómoda para dos personas..
NOTA: llegamos alas 4:30pm para el check up cuando se realiza alas 3:00pm
Y la habitación no la tuvieron lista hasta las 8:30pm eso si fue desagradable.

El acceso directo a la playa, el area de la piscina y los areas de los niños están muy bonitos e ideal para las vacaciones en familia. Todo el personal es muy atento y cualquier asunto se arregla inmediatamente. Hay que asegurarse que el cuarto tenga los colchones nuevos!

This is an outstanding facility in a secluded location. The design of the hotel is giving you the feeling of being in a dream. The personnel is extremely service oriented. Yet very professional, and keep a healthy distance to the clients. The pools are beautiful. Unfortunately, -although we did not move out for a second out of the hotel over the 5 days we spent in Ixtapa - my partner and I got very sick on the last day, and worse on the way back to Europe. I cannot tell what it was, but it must have been from things we ate in the hotel. Am very very sorry because I had fallen in love with everything there. Nevertheless, there seems to be a cleanliness/health situation.

We are not resort types but this one is the best of both worlds. You can participate in activities and eat there, but you are not forces and nice beach restaurants and others are just a few minutes away. The whole place is in top shape and exceptionally nice. Staff throughout amazing and good in English.
