The location is very central and perfect for exploring the city on foot. Numerous excursions start right outside the hotel. The Airport Express Bus stop is right across the street. The staff is very friendly.

Das Apartment war wie neu und komplett eingerichtet. Die Größe des Apartments betrug ca. 80m2. Die Anzeige bei Expedia sollte jedoch überarbeitet werden. Das Grand Apartment hat ein Badezimmer und nicht zwei und auch keinen Kamin wie angegeben. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster zum Flur und das Bett ist nur 1,20m breit, was selbst für zwei Kinder sehr schmal ist. Auch gibt es in dem zweiten Schlafzimmer keine Ablagen. Die Lage ist absolut top, keine 10 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone. Wichtiger Tipp für Mietwagen-Fahrer: Unbedingt den Parkplatz mit buchen. Die Parkgebühren sind ansonsten sehr hoch und überall fällig. Auch sollte man einmal auf die Dachterrasse gehen. Der Ausblick lohnt sich vor allem abends.

We booked a suite which was very comfortable with a lot of space, a kitchen and a washing machine. The staff was very friendly and the dining room for breakfast and dinner has a phenomenal view around Tromsø. The only things that were from our perspective not meeting our expectations for the price was the breakfast and the spa. The breakfast is totally fine but with just a small selection and no offers like cappuccino or other coffee options than filter coffee. The spa was included within the price of the suite. If we would have paid the original fee via booking it wouldn’t be worth the price for us. There is only one steam sauna and one hot tube which is not enough for this price.
