Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Trotz des lebhaften Rynek untertags und in den Abendstunden, herrscht ab 22:30 Uhr/23:00 Uhr absolute Nachtruhe.

Stylish hotel in a central location with a lovely spa and swimming pool area. The breakfast was excellent, and overall the hotel has a very attractive and sophisticated atmosphere. Unfortunately, the room I was assigned was a significant disappointment. Although it was facing the inner courtyard, it was located directly next to the elevator. The wall opposite the elevator was made of glass, and the room windows were positioned immediately beside the elevator area. This meant that guests waiting for or exiting the elevator, as well as people simply walking through the corridor, could look directly into the room. There was essentially no privacy whenever the curtains were open. To have any privacy, I had to keep the curtains completely closed, which unfortunately also meant having virtually no natural daylight in the room. For a five-star hotel, particularly given the relatively high room rate, I found this room arrangement difficult to understand and below the standard I would expect. A room in such a location should, in my opinion, be clearly indicated or offered with appropriate privacy considerations. I would nevertheless like to emphasize that the hotel itself is beautiful, and the spa, pool and breakfast were definite highlights of my stay. I would simply recommend paying close attention to the exact location of the room when booking.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit tollen Pool und Sauna! Sehr gutes Frühstück! Zimmer in der oberen Etage waren gut eingerichtet und hatten ein bodentiefes Fenster. Leider war die Technik in diesem Zimmer etwas defekt so dass wir immer wieder Geräusche wie von einem Ventilator hören mussten. 20 Minuten Ruhe und dann 20 Minuten Geräusche! Das muss unbedingt abgestellt werden!!!

Sehr gute Restaurants, super Bedienungen und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! Zimmer waren OK, aber schon in die Jahre gekommen......

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentrumsnah gelegen. Die Nachtruhe wurde strikt eingehalten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
