Schönes Hotel, aber zu viele Schwächen für den Preis Das Fiesta Americana ist grundsätzlich eine schöne Anlage mit meist freundlichem Personal. Leider war eine Mitarbeiterin sehr unhöflich – unsere Beschwerde wurde zwar angenommen, aber ob es etwas gebracht hat, bleibt unklar. Die Liegen-Situation war frustrierend: Entweder man zahlt 100 $ pro Tag für ein Bali-Bett oder steht früh auf, um sich eine Liege zu sichern. Ich hasse sowas – habe es in meinem Leben noch nie gemacht, aber wegen Jetlag war ich um 5 Uhr wach und habe zum ersten Mal eine Liege reserviert. Es hat sich einfach falsch angefühlt, besonders bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse. Zudem waren viele Liegen kaputt und es gab zu wenig Sonnenschirme. Das All-Inclusive-Angebot war okay – viel Auswahl, durchschnittlich gute Qualität. In den Spezialitätenrestaurants abends hätten wir mehr erwartet. Bei den Getränken gab es günstige und hochwertige Marken – Letztere waren aber nicht immer inklusive. Insgesamt: Schönes Hotel, aber für knapp 1800 € (5 Nächte) erwarten wir mehr Service, Qualität und Komfort.

I would deduct 1 Star for the food, but the overall experience was great so I won't. The Room was perfect, the service outstanding. The Hotel in really good condition. The beach fantastic. We were worried at first, because most positive reviews came from americans, but this hotel can absolutely live up to european standards. The food is difficult. The decision from the hotel not to have a buffet is terrible. The Dinner Restaurants all served really not tasty food. The food experience from all dinner restaurants was bad, so we tried to use the afternoon kitchens which were great and the Room Service, which delivered fantastic food. The Tex Mex Buffet on Thursdays and the breakfast was really good as well. So as I said, usually this could make a bad experience, if you are not flexible, but the hotel was fantastic. The hotel wasn't fully booked oput, so we never had a problem getting a sunbed at the beach, but I can understand, that people are mad, that two thirds of all potential beach space is taken by cabanas that the hotel sells for $85 a day on top. This is a crazy rip off. Agin, we were not affected by this, so no star deduction. In high season this would probably something that we were furious about as well.

Wenn ich vorher gewusst hätte das so viele US Leute da wären hätte ich es nicht gebucht . Das Hotel will dir time Sharing anbieten 2 Stunden hat es gedauert nur für ein paar Prozent für Unternehmungen. Ein riesiges Hotel ist auch nicht so meine Sache

Overall very good but we had huge problems with room. We had to call maintenance 5 times to get it fixed and we had loud noise in the room for three nights due to these problems.

Schöne Anlagr, tolles Servicepersonal. Einrichtung im Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
