Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu allem. Strand in knapp 3 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso fußläufig Restaurants und Märkte in kurzer Nähe erreichbar. Also auch top für Familien! Zustellbett war nur eine Matratze auf dem Fußboden. Nicht sehr einladend und bekommt daher Punktabzüge. Frühstück aber sehr, sehr vielseitig und unheimlich lecker. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Handtücher für den Pool und den Strand gab es gratis. Es gab noch einen Extra Bereich mit Pool für die Villen. Durften wir daher nicht nutzen. Wusste ich vorab aber nicht. Wir würden es dennoch wieder buchen, mit den Blick auf die extra Details.

Bewertung: ★★☆☆☆ (2 von 5 Sternen) Das Hotel wird zwar als 5-Sterne-Hotel geführt, entspricht diesem Standard aber leider nicht. Die Einrichtung ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen, und auch die Sauberkeit ließ in mehreren Bereichen zu wünschen übrig – insbesondere im Bad und in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Das Frühstück war täglich nahezu identisch, wenig abwechslungsreich und qualitativ eher enttäuschend für diese Hotelkategorie. Frische Produkte oder kreative Optionen sucht man vergeblich. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal: Alle waren stets freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit – das hat den Aufenthalt etwas angenehmer gemacht.

Our fourth stay at Angsana was rather disappointing. On arrival the toilets in the foyer were dirty and there was too much commotion from loud wedding guests. The check in process was very short and impersonal, different than what we were used to. Overall the room was fine and big enough. But housekeeping sometimes only took place late in the afternoon. The breakfast selection used to be better, for example there was no Nutella anymore. The worst experience was on the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers and the construction noise from the Xana was extremely annoying. The price for 2 espressos at the beach bar (10 euros) was an outrage and in no way justified. Many new, ugly buildings are being built in the area around the hotel, with a corresponding amount of construction noise. The Laguna Area has lost its once-unique charm forever. Some of the staff seemed unmotivated and not very friendly, especially compared to the neighboring hotels Dusit and Saii. We had the impression that the event guests were given priority. For example, the beach was therefore not fully usable for normal guests. The hotel is now more of an event location than an oasis of relaxation which is very unfortunate. The Angsana still has a unique location. We don't rule out returning, but under different conditions (no construction noise, facilities renovated accordingly, etc.)

The hotel resorts is huge (like a park) and therefore very quiet. The breakfast offers a high variety of local and international food. The service staff were very friendly and willing to help. The hotel location is excellent. The beach is only few steps away and the local restaurants reachable within 5 minutes walk. We had a room with a perfect view on the sea.

Das zimmer war leider laut weil es zu nah am Eingang des nebengebäudes war. Beim letzten Aufenthalt im Hauptgebäude hat es mir besser gefallen.

If I could, I would give this hotel and the staff 10 out of 5 stars. Everything was more than perfect. Super facilities, everything clean, incredibly friendly staff, large, bright and friendly rooms, always good food. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. It was the perfect hotel for a perfect vacation. Always happy to return.

I had a fantastic stay at the Landmark Hotel in Bangkok! The rooms were cozy and spotless, the location’s ideal for getting around, and the food at their restaurants was top-notch. The staff were the real highlight – so friendly and always there to help with a smile. Only thing missing was a smart TV in the room, which would’ve been a nice touch. Highly recommend!
