„Sehr großes Luxushotel der Marriot Gruppe im vornehmen Stadtteil Bal Harbour. Strand direkt davor gut gereinigt und auch der Poolbereich ist im Topzustand. Große luxuriöse Zimmer mit sehr großem Balkon und Meerblick. Die Schiebetür zum Balkon schloss im oberen Bereich allerdings nicht mehr vollständig, auch im Bad gab es erste Rostränder am Spiegel; das ist man in Europa in dieser Preisklasse (> 600 EUR pro Nacht) nicht gewöhnt. Der Service in Restaurants und Bars ist sehr gut, das Preisniveau ...

„We had difficulty entering the property. We did not receive check-in instructions prior to arrival. Thankfully someone from security was there to help guide us somewhat, but when I called the number posted on the wall for support we were given an incorrect room access code. Between my wife and I we called 5-6 times, and were eventually provided with the correct door entry. Unfortunately, it was nearly 11pm by the time we entered the room and I was alone with our two kids. My wife arrived later. ...
