„We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!“

„I think putting resort in the name of this hotel was deceiving. Most resorts have amenities and many options of things you can do around a facility. This one had absolutely nothing other than a bar downstairs that had horrible coffee and at best, mid grade food. The prices were very high and it was just not accommodating for guests.
