Check in wasn't the greatest. The credit card terminals and computer wasn't operational. Come to find out, they had no internet service. In case this, visiting travelers with RSVPs should have been notified immediately of this inconvenience. Considering, they're 25 mins from pretty much everything, this is critical to have considering safety issues alone. The toilets aren't scrubbed on the inside. Some of the doors to the open balcony, sitting area, big openings under door allowing outside bugs to enter at will. So you would have geckos, bees, small sand crabs , baby spiders, or anything small enough to fit under the door, would enter. Big spiders outside the big window. Still there. We didn't bother it because we knew it was at all times. I get it, set in the jungle/outside nature, but at least make sure the vacationer rooms are addressed of these issues. You dont' want to open and see huge spider webs and several spiders in main window. TV's need major updating. we could have lived with netflix/prime while cable was out, but tv's are not smart tvs. first night, special event, but the music was so loud. For this type of establishment, there are still noise levels to be obtain, this had none. didn't stop until midnight, but at this point, I was ready to go and hadn't been there 24 hours. The property itself and settings are nice. Needs to be properly maintained and cared. The views outside our room nice, but couldn't enjoy it very much. We ended up cutting our trip short.
