„In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years . „Old, state of disrepair. Description of property is a lie. Set up like a boarding house, not a private apartment with a private bathroom. Other people staying there when I arrived. Internet did not work. When I contacted them through Expedia they stated that they would give me a full refund and I did receive a full refund without any hassle. “
