„Good place to stay, comfy beds, clean and quiet. Only negative is not being able to cook on the stoves. Only for heating up food. Had to Return the groceries I bought. “

„Sehr schönes neues Hotel am Rande von Alexandria. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Leider, lag vielleicht durch die Lage mit der Nähe zur Lobby, sehr laut. Die ganze Nacht dudelte die Lobbymusik und ab 6:00am fingen wohl die Vorbereitungen fürs Frühstück an. Leider war ab da ein Schlafen nicht mehr möglich.“

„Bei Anreise waren nicht genügend Handtücher im Zimmer. Die Ablage unter dem Waschbecken war voller Staub. Das Zimmer wurde auch am zweiten Aufenthaltstag nicht gereinigt. Weiterhin war am Sonntag um 8:30 Uhr bereits nichts mehr zum Frühstück da obwohl es bis 11:00 Uhr Frühstück geben sollte. Hotel nicht zu empfehlen “

„Wir haben dieses Hotel per Zufall gebucht und es hat sich herausgestellt, dass es ein absoluter Glücksgriff war. Die Betten waren traumhaft in Bezug auf Schlafkomfort und es war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung war toll. Das Hotel ist gleich neben einem Spielkasino, wovon man jedoch nichts merkt. Es ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und war im Preis inbegriffen. Wir können dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wir würden auch immer wieder dorthin zurückgehen.“

„Hotel Klaus was wonderful. Johnathon was onky a text away if we needed anything. My husband i were traveling to visit a local festival, but one of the main things i wanted to enjoy was time just lounging in the pool, and the pool w as absolutely perfect for that. The pool area was beautiful and pristine. The room was large and gorgeous. The bed was one of the most comfortable i have ever slept in anywhere. We will definitely return. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place. “

„We were very happy with the front desk staff. Very friendly and engaging. However; the breakfast was prepared nicely and the staff helpful but the area is way too small for the food set up. If there was more space it would not look and seem and be so chaotic. Made one feel not in the mood to reach over everyone for an item. I wanted the waffles both days but the wait of 20 minutes seemed forever. So we didn’t get waffles either day. Just one of those hotel stay ritual’s. “
