Bobby & Ariel were terrific answering my many questions and arranging having necessary baby & kid stuff at the house upon our arrival. „The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management.“

„This home is awesome! Great convenient location. Not too close not too far from Cabo proper which was our hope. Easy access to everything without being on the craziness. The home is new and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Space for 10 without feeling on top of each other. Owner and concierge communication was top notch. They took care of everything we needed. „Our bachelorette group had the most amazing time staying at Sunset Villa! The house was gorgeous, clean, and better than the pictures. Beth and Pablo made the whole experience incredible. We had some travel delays getting to Cabo, and everyone was very helpful and accommodating to get us there. They were both very quick to respond and were so helpful with coordinating reservations, transportation, and anything else we needed. We would 100% recommend this property and stay again in the future! “

„This was such a fun place. Priced fairly for location and age of property. Whales every morning. 10 minutes into town, listened to waves from every room. Mitzi was amazing answered questions, anything that came up immediately. The Zeppelin paraphernalia added another level of fun. Would definitely book again. “
