„Host should not be renting suites on VRBO. He double-booked the suite and didn't respond to calls or emails when it came time to check-in. Had to find another accommodation last minute and work out partial reimbursement with VRBO. Don't ruin a vacation - avoid this host.“

„I booked our stay with a VERY short notice and from the very first message to the very last, Kim was welcoming, very responsive and accommodating. The condo was the perfect setup for a couple traveling with a 23 and 20 year old as we all had our own separate spaces. Sharing family time, enjoying breakfast and just relaxing on the patio throughout the day was very special for us, as it’s hard to get together with 2 college kids, one in pharmacy school and very busy this summer. „This home is awesome! Great convenient location. Not too close not too far from Cabo proper which was our hope. Easy access to everything without being on the craziness. The home is new and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Space for 10 without feeling on top of each other. Owner and concierge communication was top notch. They took care of everything we needed. „This was an amazing house with an amazing pool and views!! Mauricio was our host and he was very helpful and took care of everything we needed. We asked for a boat and he had it set up within an hour for us plus many more things! We would visit again because of him and the customer service he provided.“

"Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist weder ganz neu, noch ganz sauber. Der Service ist durchaus gut, wobei bemerkbar ist, dass es eigentlich deutlich zu viel Personal gibt für die Menge an Gästen. Das Frühstück war nur o.k. (Bagels bereits angeschimmelt, aber frisches Obst in Hülle und Fülle). Zimmer sind beim Dekor wie in den Fotos, allerdings ist auf allen Oberflächen ein gewisser Schmuddel bemerkbar, hier könnte man nachbessern. Raumhöhe extrem niedrig, aber Betten, Handtücher in Ordnung. Wir zahlten knapp über 100€ für eine Nacht mit Frühstück und finden das gerade noch preislich akzeptabel (wegen der Lage direkt am Strand). Mehr würde ich keinesfalls zahlen."
