„Wir waren für einen Tagesausflug im Zillertal und haben für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Auch wenn es nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt war, waren wir rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, und der Service sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant fabelhaft. Auch für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert!“
„This is our 4th time staying in the Zillertal Valley and we finally hit the jackpot!! This hotel is up on the hill and has amazing views of the hillside across the way and it has its own lovely waterfall. We stayed in the newer addition and the room was excellent. Large/roomy, nice balcony with a view, great shower. The breakfasts were very good and the restaurant where we had dinner 3 out of 4 nights was excellent. „I wish I could have left a more positive review. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel due to force majeure circumstances. While I understand that booking policies exist, I was disappointed that the hotel was unwilling to offer any flexibility, no partial refund, no rebooking option, and no alternative solution. A little empathy and goodwill in exceptional situations would have gone a long way. Instead, the response felt entirely transactional, which was disappointing.“
