„I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there.“

„Alles gut, auch das Personal, bis das Personal am Empfang. Am Abreisetag war eine Person morgens um 9.00 Uhr am Empfang. Das ist zu wenig für die Uhrzeit, weil zu der Uhrzeit viele Leute abreisen. Gleichzeitig standen aber vier Leute hinten im Büro und redeten bei offener Tür. Das ist ein Witz und nicht akzeptabel.“
