„Nice and calm hotel. Not much to do directly Herr, it's about 20minutes walk into Bromsgrove Center. We came here for a wedding, so it die not matter. Friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant, good breakfast which could have a little more options for foreign guests. The bed was a little too soft and small for our taste. Air condition did not work, however, they supplied a fan which did a good job“

„Really pleased on arrival as we were upgraded, as didn’t realise it wasn’t on suite until the day before. which is a priority for me. The apartment that we were given was. Could do with a bit more attention to detail with cleanliness , nothing major. We ate in the restaurant, food was good. Staff were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you. „Great location near the Cathedral and plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Reasonably straightforward to check in, although the lighting at the entrance and in the stairwell could be improved - I needed to use my phone torch. The room was great and had a lot of character with a modern bathroom. One minor suggestion - they should change their brand of shampoo. My hair has never felt so gross and greasy after washing and drying! But it was a convenient and comfortable stay. “

„This hotel could be so much…..but lack of attention to detail are spoiling its potential. Asked for late checkout when checking in, was told they would get back to me…they didn’t Lots of exterior lighting was not working which meant that the gardens could have looked incredible but instead just looked good. Had to queue for breakfast and was left standing outside the breakfast room for 11 minutes. No apology offered. Lots of omissions at breakfast….no tea spoons, had to ask for plates, ...
