„Nice older building. Despite the nicks, dings, old furnishings, and imperfections the hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Additionally, the staff are all exceptionally nice. I suggest visiting the bar if you enjoy a nice quiet conversation with a pint. There was a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend a visit to the Great Malvern Priory church. „Lovely hotel, staff friendly and very helpful. Spa is wonderful.“

„The hotel is worn and dated. Premier boasts that you will have a comfortable sleep, it was by far the least comfortable stay we had on this 5 city holiday. However, the restaurant was very good, we had breakfast and dinner there each day of our stay. We only chose this hotel for the location as we had business within walking distance.“

„Very helpful staff, great breakfast and a picturesque location on the river great for a one night stop off only 5 mins from the motorway.“

„Our luxury double room was spacious, clean and kept clean by staff each day. The only comment we would make was that the continental breakfast was not exciting and therefore somewhat disappointing for my wife who does not eat the cooked option.“

„Great view. Limited parking but did get down the road. Good location for walking the hills. Good breakfast“
