„Clean room and polite staff. The spa was sup“

„Everything was perfect. We had Dinner there as well and the food was excellent. Loved this hotel!“

„Very beautiful, great location just infront the park. There were no opportunities to hang clothes. Also hardly no hooks in the bathroom for towels. Our both shower cabin and sink were clogged, so that the water could hardly drain. We complained about it at the reception, but it hasn't improved. The breakfast is lovely, served in a very beautiful space and the service is very attentive. We wish there were more options for vegetables at the buffet.“

„Großes sauberes Zimmer. Sehr Hundefreundlich.“

The first room we got was spacious and had a nice view, but the heavy old curtains and the old seating furniture were so full of dust that I had trouble breathing. The bed frame was full of stains. We were finally shown two alternatives - in the basement, even though the hotel was perhaps only ten percent full. The room was dark ...

„Wonderful place. The decorations are are stunning, the detail, the food, the rooms as well. The ammenities as well are excellent - the Penhaligon soap and lotion, etc. all top quality. The grounds are also something from a postcard, with sheep a small lake, hills and paths.“

„Schöne Zimmer, nahe Busbahnhof.“
