„Was eben von so einem Standard-Hotel erwartet bzw. erwarten kann findet man dort vor. alles ist Standard. das angebliche Nichtraucherzimmer stank nach kaltem Rauch. wir haben aber anstandslos ein anderes zimmer bekommen. Ärgerlicherweise funktionierte die Heizung nicht richtig (Thermostat defekt - entweder es wurde zu heiß oder man musste den Stecker ziehen...), was angesichts des unerwarteten Wintereinbruchs etwas ärgerlich war. sehr amerikanisch.“

A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time. ...
