„I was looking for a peaceful retreat and found it here. Cute cozy cottage with all the necessities and modern upgrades and a nice view of the lake. Jason was great at answering questions and making recommendations for the area to visit. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Oh and watch out for Big Foot. “

„The property has character. It is charming, clean, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We would stay there again.“

„Lots of pleasant surprises! We were impressed with the many unexpected conveniences. We were looking for a place to crash when we weren’t either at the beach in Rhode Island or dining in Mystic. Debbie did a great job outfitting the space with everything you might need for a day at the beach even a cooler! „This was the cutest room! The space was great! Exactly as shown and described in the listing. Everything was very clean! Kcups provided and cream! The bed was so comfy!! We started our honeymoon here and were left with such a nice note from property owners. 9min drive from Mystic drawbridge area. We will absolutely recommend and stay here again.Only negative we had - The room next to or above us, when the shower was turned on was very loud right at the head of our bed. „It may be titled "humble beginnings," but the host treats you like a VIP guest and goes the extra mile to make you feel special! The house is lovely and has everything you could ask for in a rental. I made a note in my original email that we were staying for my birthday weekend, and Elle left us the cutest basket with all sort of goodies to make my weekend special! Would highly recommend!“

"Nice outside seating. Shopping mall across the street. Brewery with nice outside seating in walking distance. There was a little glitch with our booking and the room was not ready upon arrival at 5pm. But the very friendly staff at the reception did their best to handle the situation. The hotel design and rooms are very stylish. Really liked the loft-like style in the former fruit of the loom building!"
