„Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser. Gemeinschaftsküche kann genutzt werden und auch Aufenthaltsbereich vorhanden. Im Zimmer ist ein Kühlschrank und separater Sitzbereich mit Sesseln und Blick aufs Wasser. Sehr ruhig und relaxing. Kein Fernseher im Zimmer. Im angrenzenden Restaurant kann man gut regionale Küche essen, Lobster sehr empfehlenswert.“

„I loved the concept. However, it was a muddy mess to get back there. I don’t mind mud but you can’t carry everything back with you. I think they could put a path way with wood berms or hravel. I fell and slid in mud so walking back with a clean change of clothes impossible because your most definiy gonna fall i. the mud. loved the animals though“

„The location is beautiful but I would not recommend it for a quick overnight. No restaurant on site either. It's a good 8 miles to a grocery store or pub!! It's a much better facility for family gatherings, reunions or a group traveling together. Read the fine print as some of the bathrooms are not attached to your room. It's your private bathroom, but you are walking through a semi public area to get there. I found that very uncomfortable... Esp for the money I paid and my days of hostel or ...

„Wunderschön gelegen mit Blick nach Kanada. Wir hatten eine schöne Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind geräumig jedoch nicht mehr die jüngsten aber sauber. Tolles altes Haupthaus. Wenn man ruhe sucht, ist man hier sicher Richtig um die schöne Natur zu erkunden. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich.“

„Do not go here. Toilet is an outhouse, literally. You will be walking through llama and goat poop at night with no lights to use the facilities Promise of an option for breakfast and dinner was a lie. We contacted the host and were denied.“

„We had a great stay at the Stagecoach. The cabin is fun to stay at. It is not far from Acadia National Park. There were a few restaurants nearby including Scovils Millside Dining which had good food at great prices. The cabin was very, very clean. The outside shower was very cool. There was a picnic table and fire pit. The host met us there and went over all of the amenities and how everything works. We loved it.“

„The host was very responsive and her place was very comfortable to stay in. If I am ever back in Milbridge, Maine I will be contacting her again to check for availability. Very clean place and everything was brand new. “

„Very nicely decorated and many amenities. Just a little far from things I was doing. Very peaceful and wonderful.“

„If you want an experience like a cabin at Baxter State Park, but can't get a reservation, this is your place. Not for the hiking, but for the woods, remoteness, woodfires, sitting on the porch, Loons, reading a book, canoeing, sunsets, fresh air, escape.“

„We enjoyed our stay at this charming spacious farmhouse. Very authentic decor that gave it a pleasant rustic genuine Maine farmhouse feeling. Really appreciated the newly updated bathroom with deep soaking tub. Would love to come back again. Thanks for the pleasant vacation!“

„Well appointed room. Great location. Appreciated the fruits, coffee, bagels and yoghurt in the common area.“

„Super fun house and spot. The views were amazing, sunsets, peaceful and quiet. This is a rustic seasonal home but we really loved it. A little chilly till we found some more blankets. There is a propane fireplace which heats it up quickly but I would not leave that on overnight. The second bedroom is in a separate little studio and so you need to go outside to go to the cottage to use the bathroom. Also we did not notice re the tap water not potable and we used for coffee and tea :) so ...

„Wonderful lication!“

„Quite and comfortable place to stay while visiting Down East Main. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and showers. Best of all central AC which was a blessing during the 2026 pre-Fourth of July heat wave. Yes, the location is on the coast of Maine but summers are changing and for us AC is a must. We were also able to bring our pet Shelty and with that heavy coat of fur she was also pleased the rental had air. Less than an hour from Mt Desert Island, just a short distance up ...

„Great“

„Loved this property. Only stayed one night. Clean and spacious room, easy room access, plenty of natural light with a great view from the room windows, very good communication with Patrick, and it was the perfect location to visit West Quoddy Head Lighthouse and Campobello Island (Don’t forget to bring your passport). The sink and bathroom were a little snug, but it was okay for us. The bed mattress was very comfortable, but I would just suggest having a different base, as the wooden one made ...
