„The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. The tv was not a smart tv as stated and the shower was very small , I’m glad neither of us were big people as it was tight to get between the shower and sink to use the toilet and there was no tv in the bedroom , we found on arrival a hot tub which I wish we knew about , unfortunately it was not the weather to use it. yes we would stay again despite the few little negative things . “

„Restaurant closed very early, there was no way to get any food. Elevator at the front door didn't work properly. Then they gave ma a room that was the most far away room you can imagine although I had super heavy luggage and despite the fact that the hotel wasn't booked out. The room was not heated and super cold. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. When I had breakfast and walked away to get a second coffee someone put a bottle with cleaning detergent on my bench and didn't show up anymore. ...

„The hotel has recently had a renovation and oh my what a result. The room we had was a cosy sea view room. It had everything we needed and more. It was 27C the day we stayed so the air-con was very welcomed indeed! I highly recommend this hotel. “

„Überteuerte Unterkunft in renovierungsbedürftigem Haus. Das Zimmer selber war bereits renoviert, aber leider die Betten noch nicht ausgetauscht, sehr schlechte Matratzen. Hotel sehr schön direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl verschiedener frisch zubereiteter Eierspeisen.“

„The servis staff in restaurant were very competent, helpful and frendly. I enjoyed the dinner and the time very much. And the staff of reception and spa were also competent and frendly. My room was 6F. The view was pretty good, but the whole windows were dirty, unfortunarely. I'd be happier with clean ones. And my room telephon did kotvwork to call reception.“

„Friendly staff welcomed me. Room not available till 15:00 biut thaty was OK. Mostly disappointed by breakfast not served till 08:00 on weekends, since I had to get a train at 08:50 and don't like being rushed.“

„Superschönes Hotel, toller Ausblick auf den Strand, bequemes Bett, Bad gut. Leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendessen. Einziger Nachteil war der kleine Hotelparkplatz, der immer belegt war. Insbesondere am Wochenende war es nicht einfach einen Parkplatz in Hotelnähe zu ergattern. “

„The lady at check in was so lovely, it was a really nice welcome, The room was a newly renovated one, it was super comfortable and really clean, the food was amazing, and the drinks were perfect, and we did have to make use of the pool and spa and it was amazing, felt so relaxed afterwards“

„Wenn Hotelgäste im Nebenzimmer keine Rücksicht nehmen (von 3 Uhr bis 5 Uhr morgens), dann nützt das ruhige Zimmer im Innenhof nicht! Das Personal war aber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück könnte man verbessern. Für die Weiterreise nach Nord-Wales ist das Hotel an bester Lage (direkter Anschluss an einer Hauptstrasse). Es gibt auch ein Park-and-Ride nach Chester in der Nähe.“

The room was big, the beds were comfortable, linen and towels were all new and the room was always clean, plenty of coffee and tea in the room, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We are a small misunderstanding when checking in which was quickly rectified. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and fried or poached eggs on demand. The coffee was good and the bar was nice too. We will definitely come again"
