„Leider super schlechter Service, keine Reinigung zwischen den Tagen, Personal unfähig. Wir mussten beim Auschecken ewig warten, obwohl alles bezahlt war, da die Dame dies nicht fand - man kam sich sehr doof vor. Alles super alt und in die Jahre gekommen, Badtür lässt sich nicht schließen, ….“

„Simply beautiful, staff could not do enough to help, check in was easy and quick. Stunning location and a small village a short stroll away. Room was clean and adequate with all tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is continental with other options available to purchase. We had a full Welsh breakfast and avocado on toast and it was amazing. All topped off with stunning views would definitely recommend and visit again.“

„Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill ...
