„Upon our arrival day one front desk girl on her personal phone. Hot water for shower was not there barely warm. This was at around 11:00 am the next day after check in. Husband ask lthe front desk about the lounge area outback and was told the propane pump for the heater did not work. Key card did not allow him to enter back into hotel once he walked out there had to walk around hotel to re enter. My husband told the lady at front desk he was not able to re enter with key card she said sorry ...
