„We enjoyed this cabin very much. Secluded and away from the traffic and noise of life is what we were looking for and definitely found it in this cozy, beautiful cabin. Hopefully it stays this way and we will definitely be back many times in the future. Very clean, warm, and loved the kitchen was stocked. I did forget a couple spices but found some in the cabinet. „The cabin was great. The one piece of advice I will offer is DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LISTING!!! Follow the written directions the host provides. Our GPS took us a way that was impassable and locked with a gate. The roads around the property are gravel/dirt with plenty of tire-popping potholes. Be very careful. The cabin was great except for the beds. We ended up leaving one night early because we couldn't get a full night's sleep on either the bed upstairs nor the pull-out ...

„My husband and I loved staying here for a weekend getaway just the two of us. It was exactly the relaxing country atmosphere we were looking for to reconnect without our children present. The only thing that could've made it better would've been a hot tub, but that would have just been extra decoration on an already deliciously decorated cake. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit outside, talking, and relaxing with each other. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cozy cabin retreat!“

„This cabin is off the path that we normally take! It is secluded and beautiful! My children absolutely loved it there! Even rainy and cold we had a great time! „The cabin was a great experience for me and my siblings! Everything was very nice and thoughtful, the location was beautiful! The river was on the other side so don't expect to fish or swim without a bit of climbing and walking through plants. Also the train tracks were a very nice walk and through our trip we never saw the train. But there was multiple spots around that where great for hiking and walking around town. „We are six senior kayakers who enjoyed three nights in this spacious, modern house on the Buckhannon River. This is a great choice if you are looking for a beautiful river view, listening to several species of birds, and don't mind the remote location. Not sure when the train runs, but we didn't hear it.“

„Great spot to stay! Very convenient for Strawberry Festival parade and activities- we were pleasantly surprised by the location and proximity to the parade route. „We went with friends and had kids all under the age of 8. We all enjoyed it and plan on making this a yearly visit. The views were amazing. The river was clean and kids loved playing in. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would love to own this property one day!!!“

"Das Hotel ist sehr alt und abgewohnt. Der Service im Restaurant war schlecht. Am überfüllten Pool gab es keinen Service. Zu wenig Liegen und zu wenig Tücher. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig, man kann jedes Wort von den Nachbarzimmern mithören. Insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung."
