„Die Leute am Empfang waren unfreundlich und der Check in hat ewigs gedauert. Infos mussten wir alle selber besorgen. Das Frühstück war eine reinste Katastrophe. Es war fast alles leer und die Frau welche auffüllte konnte kein Wort englisch und verstand nicht mal der Kaffee ist leer oder es hat keine Gabel mehr. Das Hotel war gut gelegen und die Betten bequem. Wir würden nie wieder hier übernachten. Seit 5 Wochen auf Reise das schlechteste Hotel. “

„Wie viele preiswerte Motels an der Ostküste wurde auch dieses von einer aus Indien stammenden Familie geführt. Die Hotel-Immobilie an sich war sehr herunter gekommen, aber das würde ich dem Motelbetreiber nicht unbedingt anlasten. Ähnlich schlecht gewartete Motels haben wir auf unserer Reise öfters gesehen. Die meisten Motelbetreiber versuchen dann wenigstens das Beste daraus zu machen. Jedoch unser Zimmer im Kingston Motel war derart dreckig und ungepflegt - so etwas habe ich vor 20 Jahren mal ...

„We had a great stay at Cabin 85! My friends and I were in the area for the NY State Sheep and Wool festival and it was a great location just an easy drive across the river from Rhinebeck. It’s a super clean, quiet, beautiful location in the woods. The hosts were very responsive to my questions before we got there and check-in was so easy. „I absolutely love this cottage and would happily stay there again. It’s honestly even better than it looks in the pictures. I stayed here with two friends for New York Sheep and Wool- we enjoyed the kayaking and the sauna particularly, but everything about the house was so inviting, calm, and beautiful- kudos to the owner or the property manager for keeping everything in such great condition. Lots of thoughtful details- like coffee and even extra toothbrushes. A!“

"The Hotel itself is good and well located. To find the right entrance from the parking spot could be a task on its own, because each floor has its own entrance. In the dark there aren’t enough lights to lead the way. The included breakfast was a new experience and a kind we’ve never experienced before, and we hope we’ll never experience again. You have to choose a few from different kinds of items, that the hole process to explaining to us or other customers took so long, that we wonder how this system will work when there are more than a few at the order desk. "
