„We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect!“

„Nick was stellar in his communications. He was so quick to respond, always so helpful and considerate. The property worked very well for my needs though it was a quick two night stay with rainy weather so I did't get to enjoy the outside space. There are many creature comforts that Nick provides to make for a lovely stay. Thank you, Nick!“

„Super cute and clean property perfect for a girls weekend! Hot tub was lovely, the pool was not open/ they had several pool cleaning services come over the weekend. But the host was great with communication and very responsive! Would definitely recommmed“

„Our family had a lovely stay in Phoenicia at the "cozy bungalow." It was very pleasant to walk to town and the bungalow itself was indeed cozy. Enjoyed the sauna probably even more than expected after a long (cold, rainy) hike. Host provided excellent communication for any concerns.“

„Needed a quiet place to get away and focus on developing some business processes and this was an excellent choice. Only regret is that I never made it into the sauna. “

„We loved the home and location, was a bit disappointed that a washer and dryer were not available but upon reading the house information again I realized that a washer and dryer were not listed so that’s my fault. The house is about 1 1/2 hours from the Bethel Museum that covers the Woodstock music festival. The museum is awesome. The scenery is beautiful and lots of hiking trails. Unfortunately for us it rained the entire trip.“

„We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. “

„Whimsical cottage was just as described. The owner was very responsive with any questions. The location was perfect for our needs. It is definitely meant for a couples weekend away, but was sufficient for the three of us.“

„This place is 5 star, just perfect, spotless, well appointed, beatiful views, nice area. The whole property is just excellent. Highly reccomend. 10 Minutes to New Paltz, 20 mins to Poughkeepsie, super convenient. “

„Went to Bearsville Theatre for a show and stayed the weekend. Perfect cottage by the stream. It was quiet and peaceful. Nearby to the theatre and all the shops in town. “

"Die Leute am Empfang waren unfreundlich und der Check in hat ewigs gedauert. Infos mussten wir alle selber besorgen. Das Frühstück war eine reinste Katastrophe. Es war fast alles leer und die Frau welche auffüllte konnte kein Wort englisch und verstand nicht mal der Kaffee ist leer oder es hat keine Gabel mehr. Das Hotel war gut gelegen und die Betten bequem. Wir würden nie wieder hier übernachten. Seit 5 Wochen auf Reise das schlechteste Hotel. "
