Made things very easy.Place was cleanThings were labeled, trash, recycle, etc. We did not have cell service (verizon carrier) at the house, so we were grateful the wi-fi.We did not contact the property manager. Check in was simple and check out there was a checklist to follow.“

The only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 is that what I deem to be the single most important items in a hotel - the mattress and pillows - were sorely lacking and very disappointing.
